REFUND, RETURN, & DEPOSIT POLICY
A NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT must be paid in order to start the process of your KBK Unit and/or service.
Since most KBK Units are made to fit Kustom to you — There are no refunds or exchanges for KBK Units once it has been worn & the lace has been cut for sanitary purposes. If there is ever any issue with your KBK Unit please reach out to me as soon as possible so that we can find a solution. I’m more than willing to exchange a closure, reconstruct a unit , or discount a future service , but there will be absolutely no refunds.
Refunds only happen if I am unable to create your unit, or if you change your mind. Refunds take 3-5 business days to reflect back into your account.
LONGEVITY POLICY
KBK Units all have a different life span based of the collection that you choose. Some are due to last up to a year and some are due to last 2 years and longer. Please carefully read the details about the Collection you are choosing before getting started to avoid misunderstandings about your future Unit.
PROCESSING/ TURN-AROUND TIME/ SHIPPING POLICY

Note : Turn Around Time & Shipping/Arrival Time may be shorter or longer depending on Inventory, order volume, holidays, or any other unforeseen circumstances
Turn Around Time begins from the day your payment is processed.
As of October 1st, Turn around time for KBK Units is 7 - 14 days after your payment has been processed. Orders placed after 11pm will be processed the next day. Orders Placed after Friday will be processed the next business day.
